Two dessert spoons⠀
Measuring cups and measuring spoons⠀
Wax paper or Spray and Cook⠀
Baking tray⠀

225g butter⠀
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon white sugar⠀
¾ cup brown sugar⠀
2 large eggs⠀
1½ teaspoons vanilla essence⠀
1¼ teaspoons lemon juice⠀
2¼ cups flour⠀
½ cup rolled oats⠀
1 teaspoon salt⠀
1 teaspoon baking powder⠀
A pinch of cinnamon⠀
1¾ cups of walnuts/pecans⠀
2½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips⠀

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, white sugar, brown sugar and honey until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the oats, cereal, jumbo chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
4. Enjoy!
