What I do at Little Explorers:
I am the Administrative Officer for Little Explorers Montessori Plus School, Accra, Ghana.
I am responsible for the Quality Management System to make sure that Little Explorers operates smoothly and consistently in accordance with the Accreditation Board requirements.
What Montessori means to me:
I have always heard about Montessori schools, but never really understood what Montessori was all about until I started my career with Little Explorers. I now also know that there are so many misconceptions about Montessori. To me, Montessori is a method of teaching that encourages children to do things for themselves and also to think for themselves.
What I love most about what I do:
Working in a Pre-School environment is really exciting. There are always new and interesting projects to work on.
